He has an electric name, a jacked up frame, and a talented game to round it off and go along with it all. Bishop McNamara's Jalen Higganbotham is one of the most underrated players in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference but he is ready to step up and shine. At 5'11 215 pounds he is growing into a very nice mold for an edge/box defender. He says versatility is one of his strong suits along with technique. I have noticed him to be an extremely hard worker and committed student of the game. For McNamara, and coach Greg Calhoun - expect big things this fall from class of '25 Mr. Higganbotham. Personally a dude he reminds me of on tape is Elvis Dumervil of the Broncos & Ravens, where he won't dominate you with his height but he will dominate you with speed, technique, and moxie. Dumervil had a lot to prove and responded with resounding success, and so should Jalen. In the meantime, he will be visiting the University of Maryland on March 26th and Villanova on April 5th.
